Huang: We tend not to fight people for markets that are already commoditized. Go do something that's never been done before.
The other way to demonstrate that is to walk away from businesses that have been commoditized — through our own initiative or otherwise. We've walked away from many businesses. That demonstrates very clearly to your employees that we're not going to do commodity work.
